Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement of administrative support services from GC Assist Group ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

GC Assist Group provides administrative support to independent contractors and construction businesses, including document preparation, contractor registration, permit application support, invoicing assistance, and related back-office services. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are set out separately in your service agreement.

Not Legal Advice

We prepare and file administrative and business paperwork on your behalf. We do not provide legal advice. For legal advice specific to your situation, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us and for your own compliance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required to begin work following your free consultation, with the remaining balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Exact payment terms, amounts, and due dates for your specific engagement are set out in your service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Timely, accurate information from you is necessary for us to complete filings and paperwork correctly and on schedule. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect our ability to meet estimated timelines.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to prepare and file documents accurately and on time, final approval of permits, registrations, and licenses rests with the relevant government or regulatory authority, not with us. We are not liable for decisions made by third-party authorities, or for delays caused by those authorities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to us through the contact form on our website.

This is a general-purpose terms-of-use template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on it for your business, we recommend having it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with the jurisdictions where you operate, especially the liability and scope-of-service sections.
